Strength and Conditioning - Kinesiology

Strength and Conditioning - Physio Prescribed Exercise

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapy process starts with understanding you and your goals. We use detailed assessments, manual therapy, IMS (dry needling), rehab and performance exercise to help you achieve them. We have experience turning clinical evaluation into results on the mountain, sports field and in the gym, as well as in daily living. We love what we do it shows.

Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy

Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy appointments at Lift Clinic are personalized one-on-one sessions that help you step toward your goals by combining the knowledge of a physiotherapist with the precision and detail of pilates exercise. As a physiotherapist, providing services in this form is billable as normal under extended health for physiotherapy.

Chiropractic

Our modern approach to chiropractic treatment is about finding lasting solutions for our clients. We are more than just skilled manual therapists. Your assessment will address local, regional and whole-body relationships that affect your performance, movement and pain. Treatment may include hands-on, IASTM and cupping, and a versatile range of therapeutic and performance exercises.

Massage Therapy

Our sessions range from relaxing to progressive treatments that help you problem solve your movement limitations. This is not the spa: come dressed in shorts and a t-shirt/tank/sports bra. We perform detailed assessments with frequent test-retest throughout the session. Ask us about rehab and performance exercise, and when to collaborate with physio, chiro or other professionals.
